Kim was a great host, the house was exactly as we had hoped! We had some issues with the hot tub working, but Kim was very reachable and came over right away to fix the problem. Even bought us a visa gift card and bottle of wine for the trouble. Not necessary, but much appreciated! Very clean, plenty of room for a large group, and a close walk to town. Definitely would recommend this rental home for anyone considering a weekend away in Saugatuck!
Our host was great. The house had all the staple necessities like cookware/glasses. The backyard was outstanding. The house and yard was perfectly suited for a group of 8 or less. The proximity to town was fantastic given how parking is difficult to come by, and for those who can, a convenient 20 minute walk to the beach through town. The $2 ferry ride and short climb to the public beach was fantastic because parking is limited there too. Many drivers waiting for entry were sent back because the lot was full after 11am during the holiday weekend.
Kim was great! Very straight forward directions and communication. Would definitely recommend staying here!
The house was beautiful. Kim was very responsive to my questions and messages. She was very accommodating. The house was a quick walk from downtown. I didn’t have to drive my car all weekend. It was a wonderful place to stay for our group.
Our trip to Saugatuck was perfect! The house was adorable and clean, and perfect for our time there. We loved how easy it was to walk into town. Kim was easily accessible by phone and text, and answered any questions very promptly. I would highly recommend renting from Kim!!!
The home was a great fit for our family of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). My parents are seniors so having the suite on the first floor was perfect- no steps to climb. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals. The grill and hot tub were perfect for our family bbq and relaxing after a walk through town. The location, while walking distance to town, is far enough to feel secluded/private which we enjoyed. Kim was a great host! She was very responsive and committed to our having a good experience. My parents want me to rent this place next year…thoroughly enjoyed it so I probably will.
This is a lovely, Quaint home in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood just minutes walk from downtown Saugatuck. The home is classic (1930s) with hardwood floors, and yet has nice modern amenities (hot tub, wireless, outdoor grill). We came with our family of 6 and it was the perfect size. The backyard is an oasis with a nice patio campfire area for s’mores, grill, and hot tub for relaxing after a busy day at the beach, shopping. Nice, functional kitchen as well for cooking many of our meals (which we love to do). The owner was very friendly and approachable and helped us with a couple of questions before and during our stay. All in all a GREAT Fourth of July destination for us.
